The Garage Rank Index is a separate score out of 100 derived from our editors’ published Performance, Comfort, Technology and Value ratings, with category-sensitive balance and consistency checks. The exact calculation is internal. Incomplete reviews are excluded. Ads and sponsorships never affect ranking.

Based on our published reviews only—not every vehicle on the market. Empty categories remain empty until eligible road tests are published. A vehicle's 0–10 review score and its category Rank Index are different measures.
